How do I ensure I purchase the correct size?
We recommend measuring your chair dimensions accurately before purchasing. Please note that a 0.5-inch variance in size/thickness is normal due to handcrafted sewing and foam characteristics.
Why does the foam look thin after unboxing?
To reduce carbon footprint, cushions are vacuum-compressed. Please allow 24-48 hours for them to expand to their full thickness. You can gently pat the cushion to speed up the foam recovery.
Should I store them during winter or extreme weather?
To prolong lifespan, we suggest storing the cushions indoors or in a storage box during heavy rain, snow, or long periods of non-use to prevent moisture buildup and potential mold.
How do I clean the cushions?
Cleaning is easy! Simply use the hidden zipper to remove the cover and machine wash it with cold water. For the inner filling, we recommend spot cleaning only.
